1) Active Small Businesses Only
This service is open to small business owners only. If you don't own a small business, maybe you should... but if you don't, you do not qualify for this service. Also, your small business must be actively engaged in business.

2) Honesty is the Best Policy
Your answers to our survey questions and subsequent requests for information must be accurate. We can't help you if you don't tell us the whole story.

3) You must already pay taxes
It's really hard to save somebody taxes when they don't already pay taxes. Your taxable income from the business must equal or exceed $10,000 per year, including any W-2 salary you draw from the business.

4) You must do what we ask of you
It's really hard to save somebody taxes when they don't follow our instructions. You've got to implement the plan according to our instructions.

5) Give it some time
This is not a "magic bullet" service that allows you to save taxes by joining on December 31. We give you strategies that save you tax dollars over time. We prorate our guarantee for the number of months covered by the system in your first tax return. For example, if you join on July 1, we only guarantee half our cost for the first year. Even so, you can still save substantial amounts if you join late in the year. It depends on the strategies you are eligible for.

Alternatively, you can wait until you file your first full year return after signing up with us... it is up to you.

6) When you make a claim under the guarantee, we'll do a calculation
We will calculate your tax using the strategies, and as if you did not use them... if you don't save at least twice the prorated cost (as described above), we'll send you a check right away!
